..World Cup lessons with my personal sportscaster :)

Heheh.. okay, this is cheating! Its not as if I've been having these lesson all the while now. Rather, eversince the World Cup, I've suddenly had this interest in soccer.. Just a little bit je la.. not a large scale interest.. and I blame this on a few things

1. Obviously the World Cup buzz all around us
2. My fate of having soccer-crazy people all around me
3. My personal sportscaster who's really into football!

Haha.. I never knew, with the right 'teacher' it could be quite fun learning about something I never could really understand.. I mean, whats so fun in watching 22 sweaty men chasing a ball, duh? But at least for the World Cup, I kinda find it a bit interesting.. thanks to my 'teacher'! I had a great class last night, and when I read the paper this morning while waiting for the car being serviced, I realized that I could understand more than half of what I was reading in the papers..

But then again, EVERY person I know is into the World Cup right? Doesn't matter what kinda knowledge they have in soccer, but because of the World Cup, everyone is at least paying attention.. and I guess, that includes me! But then, I blame it on my sportscaster.. ajo orang 'bukan²' haha.. now, I keep abreast with the updates of the scores (score je ye.. takde nye nak tengok!!!) and its all his fault :p
